Hello from Capricon, Chicagoland�s only four-day science fiction / fantasy convention. We are delighted to announce that Capricon XXVII will be held February 8-11, 2007, in Arlington Heights, IL.

Capricon focuses on literature from the science fiction / fantasy genres, but we also have a strong film, anime, gaming, filk, and horror presence.

We would like to offer you the opportunity to advertise YOUR convention or business at our convention by placing an advertisement in our souvenir program book. This year our theme is High Fantasy, and our program book will be distributed to our 900+ attendees this year. Remember, our attendees are your potential attendees and customers!

We offer competitive advertising rates for the Chicagoland convention area.

Inside cover (front or back), $300
Full Page, 5 x 8 edge to edge, $150
Half Page, 5 x 4 edge to edge, $75
Quarter Page, 5 x 2 edge to edge, $50

You can reserve advertising space up until November 30, 2006. Reserve your space by emailing advertising @ capricon.org - we ask that you tell us the size ad you would like, what convention / business you represent, and direct contact information.

Advertisements should be received no later than December 15, 2006. They should be emailed to advertising @ capricon.org. The ads should be black and white, in either .jpg, .gif, or .pdf (with embedded fonts) format. (We recommend that you create your advertisement in the size that you are ordering, so that you can be sure it looks good at that size.) We reserve the right to adjust ads slightly if needed (i.e. some growth or shrinkage may occur).

Payment must be received no later than January 7, 2007. We are sorry, but we cannot accept credit card payments for advertising. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Capricon XXVII, and mailed to:
