Dealer Update!!!
It looks like the Post Office ate a large chunk of our Dealer's mailing. We've been getting responses but we have also been getting reports from Dealers who never recieved theirs. Because of this, we are going to send out our mailing again. We are also extending our deadline by a month to give everyone a chance to get their forms in. The new dates are:

Submission Deadline October 31
Acceptances/Regrets will be sent out sometime around Windycon (Mid Nov.)

If you are a dealer, we would like to invite you to participate in the Cpricon 25 Science Fiction Convention Dealer's Room. This is going to be a very illustrious year for Capricon, it's our 25th anniversary. Capricon is one of Chicago's largest winter Science Fiction Conventions with an annual attendance ranging from 800-1200 paid patrons. This four day event will be held at the Sheraton Chicago Northwest in Arlington Heights.

Our Dealer's Room is well lit and comfortable with easily accessible loading docks. Our friendly and helpful staff will always be accessible to answer questions and assist you as best we can. During your four days with us, snacks and drinks will be available at your Dealer's Table throughout the day. As a valuable member of the Capricon 25 dealer's Room, you will also receive a membership to the convention to use and enjoy.

This year, for our Dealer's Room, we will be jurying our Dealers. Requirements for consideration are: non-returnable pictures of merchandise (photos, prints, hardcopy, etc.), price list, and completed Dealer's Form mailed to us no later than October 31, 2004. Participating Dealers will have a link to their URL and/or web site on the Capricon 25 web site, if they wish. We are in excited anticipation for a fun an profitable 25th anniversary convention. Hope to hear from you soon.
