Help Wanted

Capricon is looking for help in the following departments. If you are interested please contact the appropriate department.

Advertising Head

The position will be open for Capricon 45.  Position this year would be as an Advertising Second.

Duties:

• Negotiate ad swaps with other fannish or professional organizations, primarily but not exclusively other conventions
• Sell ads to other fannish or professional organizations
• Purchase ad space in other fannish or professional venues
• Keep on top of the financial end. Ensure that we are paid for ads on time
• Ads have traditionally been for placement in program books, but be creative when buying, selling, or swapping ads
