A virtual convention needs lots of volunteers, and doing very different jobs than an in-person convention. Please fill out our volunteer survey if you’d like to help bring the convention to life!

We currently need people for the following roles. Training will be provided!

Zoom Room Host – welcome panelists to our virtual Green Room, help them check their tech set up, and get them ready to start their panel

Zoom Panel Host – follow the Discord chat stream while the panel is ongoing and pass audience questions to the panel moderator within Zoom

Discord Help Desk – help people navigate the convention Discord and trouble-shoot problems
