Jan Stirling has written the four stories in the Terion and Feric series for Esther Friesner’s Chicks in Chainmail series of anthologies. In addition, she has published several other stories, both alone and in collaboration with her husband, S. M. Stirling. Her most recent solo story, “The Lady’s Apprentice” appeared in Black Gate magazine. Jan’s own interest in the science fiction community is as a costumer and enjoys a good masquerade.
