Thank you for your interest in The Capricon 29 Dealers� Room. We will be in a new hotel, the shiny new Westin
Chicago North Shore! Alas, the tables are here are only 6' by 30" so the maximum number of tables per Dealer is
four.
Table requests received by October 31, 2008 will receive equal consideration. If requests are greater
than available tables, we will draw for priority numbers. To keep the room diverse dealers� applications will be
divided into four categories, books, wearables, weaponry and other. This should also help me avoid the notification
problems I have had in previous years. If space remains after 10/31 it will be filled on a first come/first served
basis. If necessary I will start a wait list. A small number of tables may be assigned at the Chair�s discretion.
$45.00 each for the first and second table.
$60.00 for the third table.
$100.00 for the fourth.
$50.00 for electrical access. (That goes directly to the hotel. Sorry, it�s the best we could do.)
Memberships are $45.00, our pre-reg rate. Each Person working the table needs a membership.
If you are accepted as a dealer and cancel before the Convention you will receive a refund if we can sell your space
to somebody else. If you cancel less than two weeks before the con the refund will be processed after the Con when
the treasurer has the time and attention for it.
Subletting space and direct transfers of tables are possible, but must be cleared by me.
I will do my best to fill special requests as to location and proximity to other dealers, but I�m not making promises.
