Phandemonium Book Club

Bookclub meetings are held (usually) every other month at the Borders Bookstore in Evanston. We discuss not only the book but other fandom related topics as well. In fact, reading the book is not even required as we enjoy telling those who haven't read it what we liked about it. So, if you would like to hang out for a Sunday evening with others who have fandom related interests, please join us!

On November 20, 2005 at 7:00 PM, we will be discussing Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell by Susanna Clarke at Borders Bookstore in Evanston. Copies are available behind the counter at the Evanston store, with a 15% discount! Just tell them it is for the Phandemonium bookclub, and there is a white binder behind the desk with our membership list in it. (I really encourage you to purchase the book there, to help ensure we continue to be able to receive our discount.)

For our January meeting, we will be reading The Last Unicorn by Peter Beagle, our Capricon Guest of Honor. The January meeting will occur on the 8th, same bat time, same bat place :)
