Critter Crunch

This event is designated as the Midwest Regional Critter Crunch, sanctioned by the Denver Mad Scientist Club. We use their rules, and those rules have CHANGED since last year. New rules, effective 2/15/03, can be found at the link below:

Note changes in white text on that page. No critter in last year's competition (run under the 1997 rules) was in violation of any of the new 2003 rules, thus it is highly unlikely that anyone will have a problem this year. If you have a question or concern about a particular design, weapon, strategy, etc., please post on the forums or e-mail crittercrunch@ capricon.org.

John Morse is also generally happy to answer questions and offer advice to critter builders, and he is himself an accomplished machinist whose 20-lb critter, "Fang" has been the undisputed (and popularly despised ) Denver champion for several years now.
